1.1 Edgespire Ltd provides a range of services to meet the needs of our customers.
1.2 In order to provide these services, we may need to collect, process, and store personal data. We will comply with all applicable data protection regulations.
1.3 The customer must ensure that they are authorised to use the services provided.
1.4 Edgespire Ltd reserves the right to refuse services or limit the availability of services.
2.1 Edgespire Ltd will not share or disclose any confidential information to third parties, except in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2.2 Edgespire Ltd reserves the right to use customer information for internal research and development purposes.
3.1 Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including passwords and payment information.
3.2 Edgespire Ltd takes appropriate steps to protect the security of customer data.
4.1 Customers are responsible for paying all fees associated with the services provided by Edgespire Ltd.
4.2 Customers will be invoiced for any services provided.
4.3 Payment must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
5. Warranty and Liability
5.1 Edgespire Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy of any services provided.
5.2 Edgespire Ltd will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from any services provided.
5.3 Edgespire Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue any services at any time.
6.1 Edgespire Ltd reserves the right to terminate a customer's account at any time, without prior notice.
6.2 Edgespire Ltd may terminate an account if the customer has violated any of these terms or conditions.
7.1 All disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.
7.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved, it must be referred to an independent arbitrator for resolution.
